Ordenanza N\u00b0 02-2024-HGADPCH: Ordenanza que regula el uso y aprovechamiento del derecho de v\u00eda y zonas de retiro en la red vial provincial de Chimborazo.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">2. Resoluci\u00f3n Administrativa N\u00b0 021-HGADPCH-2025 a trav\u00e9s de la cual se expide el: Reglamento a la Ordenanza N\u00b0 02-2024-HGADPCH y de las socializaciones, efectuadas con los GAD Municipales y GAD Parroquiales el 25 y 29 de abril de 2025, respectivamente, en las que se acordaron realizar los Talleres T\u00e9cnicos a fin de articular lo pertinente a las competencias municipales y provinciales en el marco de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 02-2024-HGADPCH.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">En tal virtud el mi\u00e9rcoles 14 de mayo, se registr\u00f3 el taller de socializaci\u00f3n de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 02, su Reglamento y el anexo t\u00e9cnico que regula el uso y aprovechamiento del derecho de v\u00eda y zonas de retiro en la red vial provincial de Chimborazo, a los directores de planificaci\u00f3n y de obras p\u00fablicas del GAD municipal de Guano y las Juntas Parroquiales del Cant\u00f3n, para contar con las herramientas necesarias y claridad en la normativa vigente, para su cumplimiento en territorio.<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se encuentran en vigencia dos instrumentos normativos que regulan la VIALIDAD RURAL en la provincia de Chimborazo:\u00a01.
