turno y pueda ser atendido en el centro de matriculaci\u00f3n desde el lunes 03 de julio.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Esta nueva propuesta planea mejorar el servicio y conseguir que el usuario no se exponga en madrugar para conseguir un turno, problem\u00e1tica que generalmente incrementa los fines de mes, indic\u00f3 Mauricio Estrada, jefe de matriculaci\u00f3n. \u201cLa finalidad es que el usuario pueda acceder a su turno, escogiendo \u00e9l mismo su d\u00eda, escogiendo la hora y
