presupuestario correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal 2023 con participaci\u00f3n de Alcalde, Representante Legislativo, Representaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, Delegado de los GADs parroquiales y Equipo T\u00e9cnico de apoyo.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">El viernes 14 de julio, mientras tanto, se aprob\u00f3 dicho proyecto en Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Consejo de Planificaci\u00f3n con la presencia y participaci\u00f3n activa de Oswaldo Estrada Avil\u00e9s\/presidente de Consejo, Anita Alvarado\/secretaria, Juan Hidalgo\/representante del Legislativo, Eduardo Escudero\/representante de la Ciudadan\u00eda, H\u00e9ctor Silva\/delegado de los GADs parroquiales, Directores de Gesti\u00f3n de Planificaci\u00f3n y delegados acreditados de la municipalidad.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Amparados en el art. 29 del C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico de Planificaci\u00f3n y Finanzas P\u00fablicas, y el COOTAD, se aprob\u00f3 el Presupuesto 2023 basado en el informe de la Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n Financiera, de la siguiente manera;<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Capital: 7,406,484.00<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div
