GADM-C Guano, se reuni\u00f3 en el Teatro Homero Avil\u00e9s, definiendo acciones que favorezcan el clima laboral, la seguridad en las actividades de cada jornada.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Se inform\u00f3 de varios requerimientos atendidos respecto a adecuaciones en la planta f\u00edsica de varias direcciones y unidades, conexiones de agua, red el\u00e9ctrica, biom\u00e9trico.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Dentro de las buenas acciones es la intervenci\u00f3n en las relaciones interpersonales de los servidores y funcionarios municipales, pruebas de alcocheck, memos de trabajo, control y seguimiento de los mismos.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Se evalu\u00f3 la incidencia de las capacitaciones, la relaci\u00f3n\/respuesta\/respaldo de la autoridad municipal, seguimiento a las sanciones en base a los informes de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, aplicaci\u00f3n de las sugerencias del IESS y Ministerio de
