C\u00e1rdenas\/representante legal de Grupo JBC CORDESOL y Oswaldo Estrada\/alcalde de Guano, celebraron el convenio de voluntades por 2 a\u00f1os de cooperaci\u00f3n, estableciendo como finalidad comunitaria, velar por la paz y tranquilidad ciudadana, el ornato del territorio cantonal, satisfacer las necesidades de la colectividad y contribuir al fomento y protecci\u00f3n de intereses locales, producci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n (a servidores municipales y ciudadan\u00eda) y fortalecimiento de Escuelas Formativas para mejoramiento de capacidades locales, acompa\u00f1amientos en la elaboraci\u00f3n de proyectos, certificaciones por competencias laborales, promover campa\u00f1as m\u00e9dicas; acceso a la educaci\u00f3n superior con ingreso a Universidades Internacionales y becas, colegio a distancia; disponibilidad de licencias de conducir tipo C y E; facilitar herramientas y log\u00edstica para el cumplimiento de metas y objetivos propuestos.<\/div><div
